Q) Are these really Genuine Honda Parts?

            A) Yes. All parts listed as Genuine Honda are the same actual OEM replacement parts that would be found at any Honda dealership. We do offer aftermarket performance parts as well, but these are clearly listed with the manufacturer’s name.

Q) Can I place an order on-line and come in to pick it up?

            A) No. The on-line pricing is set up for mail order only. All on-line orders must be shipped out without exception.

Q) Can I ship parts to an address other that my home? (work, parents house, etc)

            A) No. In order to protect the cardholder as well as ourselves, we can only ship to the billing address on the credit card. Otherwise there would be no protection from a person using your card and shipping the order to any address of their choosing.

Q) What methods of payment are accepted?

            A) We accept all major credit / debit cards for orders in the U.S. or a money order drawn from a U.S. Bank. For orders outside of the U.S., the only method of payment is a money order drawn from a U.S. Bank.

Q) Where and how do you ship orders?

            A) We ship UPS Ground whenever possible. For orders from PR, VI, APO, FPO, or Canadian orders we ship USPS. We do offer next day and 2nd day shipping through Fed-Ex. Please make sure there is someone home to sign for the package.

Q) When will my order be shipped?
            A) Most of the time we have what you are looking for in stock. We ship items daily and your package will go out in the same order it came in.  If an item is not in stock that was ordered Next Day or 2nd Day, we will try to contact you and it will be ordered and shipped immediately. Next day or 2nd day shipping does not guarantee you will have the parts in 1 or 2 days. The shipping times apply once the order is shipped.

Q) Will I be able to install these parts myself?
            A) Each customer’s automotive knowledge is different, so it is unfair of us to assume everyone can install these parts. Each Genuine Honda Accessory has the instructions available for you to see before you order the parts for you to decide if you can do the work yourself.  These files are in Adobe PDF format and will require the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view. As for maintenance, repair items, or aftermarket parts, please refer to a service manual or a service facility for proper installation.
